The staff went above and beyond, upgrading us to a spacious two-room suite when our originally booked room was unavailable. Their customer service was impeccable, making us feel truly valued and appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with stunning views of downtown Austin and easy access to the city's entertainment districts. We enjoyed walking to the nearby concert venue and exploring 6th Street, immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch, with the 8th-floor outdoor pool and poolside bar providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. the Cannon & Belle restaurant offered a unique take on Texan cuisine, and we savored every bite while enjoying the craft brews in the beer garden. Overall, the Hilton Austin exceeded my expectations in every way. From the comfortable and well-appointed rooms to the exceptional customer service and convenient location, this hotel truly stands out as a gem in the heart of downtown Austin. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the city.
